1.    That the property edged in red on the attached plan is disposed.

 

2.    Authority to be delegated to the Head of Property and Asset Management in consultation with the Cabinet Member of Finance:

 

To accept an offer which, in his opinion represents best consideration in respect of the property and upon such other terms as he considers necessary or desirable to protect the council’s interests.

 

3.    The Borough Solicitor be authorised to conclude such documents reflecting the agreement reached by the Head of Property and Asset Management as she considers appropriate.

Pursuant to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Business Closure) (England) Regulations 2020 and the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care’s designations in exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 4(1) and (2) of 2020 Regulations, the Chief Executive Officer designates the following officers for the purpose(s) set out in regulation 4(1) and (2) of 2020 Regulations:

 

  1. Licensing Team Leader, Louis Krog
  2. Senior Environmental Heath Officers Gareth Jones and Sadie Hawson.

 

  1. To delegate authority to the Director of Environment to make the necessary changes to officer’s authorisations.
