To award a three year contract to PPP Taking Care for the provision of alarm monitoring in respect of the Cheltenham Borough Council Lifeline Service.

The value of the contract is £21,840 per annum The contract also includes an additional one off implementation cost of £9,400 to cover data migration from the current supplier and reprogramming of the dispersed alarm units. The total value of the contract over 3 years, including the implementation charges is £74,920.

There is an option to extend the contract for a further year. (With extension total contract value £96,760)

Contract value is based on the amount of live dispersed alarm connections.
