Issue - decisions

To award a contract for the delivery and management of the Cheltenham Christmas ice rink to S3K Limited company for £280,000 (year one with the option to extend for up to two further years).  If the contract is to be extended, this will be subject to a further Cabinet Member decision at that time (expected January 2024).
