To award community grants to the following two organisations:

•           A grant of £10,000 to Springbank Community Project to enable them to take on the full repairing lease of the Ron Smith Pavilion

•           A grant of £5,000 to Cheltenham Paint Festival to enable them to proceed with plans to hold the 2022 Paint Festival in Cheltenham
