To grant a Tenancy at Will to MM Coffee Company Limited at Beeches

Playing Fields. The Tenancy at Will, will allow the Company to place a coffee

kiosk and seating to sell refreshments and snacks. The Tenancy will run up

until the 5th December 2021. Intended as a trial basis only.
