 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Report of the council's performance at end of 2012-13'

• Councillor Chris Ryder - Personal - She declared an interest in the JCS as she has an interest in possible development land.
• Councillor Robert Garnham - Personal and Prejudicial - Through his business he is promoting a site for development that is identified in the JCS. However, as this is only a council performance report he decided he would stay in the chamber.
