Finance Comments: Removing yellow weather warnings and replacing them with amber will reduce the number of low impact triggers for SWEP. Appropriate safeguards will remain in place and discretion will be available if there was a humanitarian risk. Prioritising humanitarian response over weather warnings will reduce number of unnecessary responses, this in turn will have positive impact on the general funds without reducing services provided within SWEP.
