Consultation process
Internal consultation has taken place with
relevant officers. The Cabinet Member has been consulted. Officers
and the cabinet member agree this arrangement supports carbon
emissions reduction for both authorities.
Finance Comments: The income received from Tewkesbury Borough Council will offset other costs within the service area and paid into SUP034 R9208. Originally the cost of the fuel tank was funded from capital budgets (CAP301) that were approved at council.
