Consultation process
A Heritage Project Team is in place chaired by
the Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Culture, Wellbeing and
Public Realm. This team have reviewed the outputs and values as
presented by The Cheltenham Trust and agreed these.
In addition, engagement with Procurement Team, Deputy S151 Officer,
OneLegal and Planning Policy Team.
Finance Comments: N/A as waiver has been completed and signed off by the Deputy S151 Officer 6/11/2025.
