Consultation process
Internal consultation has taken place with relevant officers within all three authorities. The Cabinet Member Waste and Recycling and Parks, Gardens and Green Open Spaces has been consulted. Officers and the cabinet member agree there is a need to commission the feasibility study in conjunction with partner authorities to facilitate the provision of a new strategic waste site.
Finance Comments: The CIL contribution of £16,666 will be funded from the total CIL fund of £200,000. There is budget provision initially to fund the contract award. Jon Whitlock, Deputy S151 Officer
