include the lack of youth services, reduced health and wellbeing
and increasing concerns of vulnerability for young people at risk
of criminal and OCG activities, particularly in the areas of the
Moors and St Pauls.
Finance Comments: CBC will be commissioning St Giles Trust to deliver the project to the full value of the grant. As a result, this should have no implication on CBC finances and budgets.
