Consultation process
Initially consultation was undertaken with a working group of CBH officers to look at improving sheltered housing as a project. There is support from our Executive and Senior Leadership Team to improve the Sheltered Housing, so it is fit for purpose for the future. The proposed works at Goldfoot House are a continuation of this project.
There has been consultation at coffee mornings with Housing Support Officers and residents to obtain their views on what they would like; additionally, we have considered feedback from the previous projects.
Buckingham Interiors have presented ideas to the residents, and residents are supportive of the scheme that has been presented.
