Consultation process
The procurement and the project for Monkscroft School Site have been consulted regularly with Strategic Housing Delivery Group (SHDG) and Cabinet Member Housing Working Group (CMHWG). These forums include Senior officers from CBC/CBH and the Cabinet Member for Housing, as well as CBC’s procurement partner, Publica and CBC’s legal partner, One Legal.
There has been a positive support in the procurement process as well as the recommended appointment of BDP
