Consultation process
The proposal to appoint Henry Riley has been discussed at SHDG (Strategic Housing Delivery Group) since February 2023 who are supportive of looking to expedite delivery of new homes on this site. This forum includes Senior officers from CBC/CBH and the Cabinet Member for Housing.
Regular reporting will continue via the current governance arrangements for new supply including the joint SHDG, Cabinet Member Housing Working Group (CMHWG) Cabinet/Council as required and discussions between CBC/CBH officers.
