To recommend to Gloucestershire County Council that HAF funding be allocated as set out in paragraph 3.1 of this report, and to administer payment of the HAF on behalf of GCC

The Cabinet Member agrees that the Authority;

Recommends to Gloucestershire County Council that the HAF funding be allocated as set out in paragraph 3.1 of this report; and
That the Authority administers payment of the HAF on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council.
