Reason for urgency:
Cabinet will meet for an Extraordinary meeting on Tuesday 17th November at 6pm to consider a report from the Cabinet Member Finance on the Local Business Support Grant Scheme.

The Government is providing the council with funding for a local discretionary grant scheme to help businesses affected by the current national lockdown. This is in addition to the national scheme we will also be administering to certain types of businesses required to close for the lockdown period.

This will be a key decision, and it has not been possible to give 28 days' notice.
