This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
CBC will be administering the Test and Trace Support Payments. There will be the main scheme and a local discretionary scheme. Local Authorities are expected to have schemes up and running by 12th October, but the authority is awaiting further guidance from the Department for Health and Social Care. CBC need to commence making payments as close to 12th October as possible so the report cannot be delayed until the next Cabinet meeting in November.
