Reason for urgency:
The decision concerns the surrender of the lease at the Oakley Resource Centre and it needs to be implemented immediately and therefore should not be subject to call in because the council needs to take immediate action once the lease has been surrendered.

In accordance with the Council’s Constitution Part 4 D – Overview and Scrutiny Rules Call in and Urgency, the O&S Committee chairman has confirmed that the item is urgent and is not subject to call in.
