13/02/2014 - The Wilson - Development Project Outturn Briefing Report

RESOLVED that :

 

  1. Authority be delegated to the Executive Director / Director of Resources to settle the contract sum with the main contractor as set out in Appendix 2 (Exempt).

 

  1. The additional underwriting of the AG&M development project in the sum of £360,000 be supported and that Council be recommended to approve the budgetary provision for this.
