17/10/2013 - Annual Review of Hackney Carriage Fares

RESOLVED THAT

 

  1. an increase of 3.25% for Hackney Carriage fares be approved

 

  1. authority be delegated to the Executive Director to carry out the necessary advertising requirements to comply with section 65 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, and

 

  1. subject to there being no substantive amendments being made following consultation, authority be delegated to the Executive Director to adopt the proposed fares to be implemented within two months.
