1. To renew the Local Lettings Plan for Edward Wilson House, covering first and all subsequent lets of the 114 no. rented properties within Edward Wilson House for an initial 12-month period (until 31st May 2027)
2. To review the Local Lettings Plan for Edward Wilson House in February 2027 to determine whether any amendment, extension or removal of the Local Lettings Plan is required.
