Review of room hire charges at Municipal Offices

07/01/2025 - Review of room hire charges at Municipal Offices

To review the charges for the hire of meeting rooms within the Municipal Office from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 to the following scale of charges:

Interview Room - £ 6.50 per hour (currently £ 6.00)

Small Meeting Room [1] - £ 8.50 per hour (currently £ 8.00)

Large Meeting Room [2 ]- £13.50 per hour (currently £12.50)

Council Chamber - by negotiation dependent upon specific requirements


[1] Meeting rooms less than 40m², including Cambray and Sherbourne
[2] Meeting rooms over 40m², including Pittville and Montpellier but excluding the Council Chamber
