Issue - decisions

RESOLVED THAT:

1.    The Ubico 2022/2023 Business Plan be noted;

2.    It be noted that the Leader of the Council, as shareholder representative, proposes to sign the written resolution to approve the Ubico 2022/2023 Business Plan in due course.
