Issue - decisions

1.    To enter into a participation agreement with Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Gloucester City Council, Stroud District Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council relating to the commissioning of a new Local Housing Needs Assessment Report for Gloucestershire.

2.    To appoint Forest of Dean District Council as the lead authority to act on behalf of the Councils in the procurement of the consultant to produce the report and any necessary additional services. 

3. To pay £20,000 towards the cost of the production of the Local Housing Needs Assessment Report and release previous joint county funds held by Cheltenham Borough Council from the previous procurement of the Strategic Housing Market Assessment of £14,500.
