Issue - decisions

In accordance with the Cabinet decision on 11th October 2016, to authorise the Borough Solicitor to seal the legal agreements set out below to enable Publica Group (Support) Limited to commence delivery of the agreed support services to the Council from 1st November 2017.

·         Deed of Dissolution in respect of the 2020 Partnership Joint Committee;

·         Service Agreement in relation to the provision of human resources, learning and OD, payroll, finance, health & safety, ICT and procurement services; and

·         Premises Licence in respect of accommodation at the council offices.
