Issue - decisions

To enable participation of the Authority in Publica Group (Support) Limited (‘the Company’) to:

·         agree the Articles of Association; and

·         authorise the Borough Solicitor to complete the Members’ Agreement between the Authority, the Company, Cotswold District Council, West Oxfordshire District Council and the Forest of Dean District Council.
