I have made an assessment of a nomination from CAMRA Cheltenham Branch against the criteria set out in s.88 of the Localism Act to have The St Pauls Tavern in the borough designated as “Asset of Community Value”.
This nomination meets the criteria to be an asset of community value and will be placed on Cheltenham Borough Council’s list of successful nominations.
