Minutes:
Councillor Jeffries proposed that Councillor Hay be appointed the Leader of the Council for the ensuing 4 years.
The proposal was seconded by Councillor Wilkinson.
RESOLVED THAT
Councillor Rowena Hay be appointed the Leader of the Council for the ensuing 4 years.
