Other reasons / organisations consulted

Due to the publication of the latest Housing Delivery Test results by the Government on 12 December 2024, the council will be required to produce a Housing Delivery Test Action Plan given that Cheltenham’s delivery of housing was below 65% of the housing requirement over a three-year period (2020-21; 2021-22; 2022-23).  This Housing Delivery Action Plan will identify the reasons for under-delivery, explore measures the council will undertake to reduce the risk of further under-delivery, and how it intends to improve levels of delivery.
