To provide a response from Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council to the government’s consultation on how they might develop new national planning policy to support their wider objectives.

Do not respond. However, this would mean that the opportunity to influence the consultation would be missed.
Respond on an individual authority basis. However, this would diminish the ability of the authority to emphasise how the three Councils have a track record of working together to plan for growth and sustainable development at a ‘larger than local’ scale.
