To authorise the Council’s seal to be affixed to the s101 Local Government Act 1972 Agreement.

Reasons for the decision:

To expand the current One Legal service to include Stroud District Council from 1^st October 2020.

Alternative options considered:

Not to expand the One Legal Service but to continue instead with the current shared service between this Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council and Gloucester City Council.
