Decision:

For Cheltenham Borough Council to enter into the Host Venue Agreement with Tour of Britain Limited to become a regional partner to host the Gloucestershire stage of the Tour of Britain race and finish event 2017

Reasons for the decision:

The knowledge gained to date indicates that the benefits available outweigh the risks of engaging in this endeavour.

 

To enter into the Host Venue Agreement to enable the event to proceed.
