To authorise the Borough Solicitor to complete a Deed of Variation to the Inter-Authority Agreement to exclude Revenues and Benefits and Customer Services from the Joint Committee with effect from 14 November 2016.

Cabinet Resolutions

At Cabinet on 11 October the following resolution was passed :

“ Agrees to withdraw this authority’s revenues (including council tax), benefits and customer services from the 2020 Partnership Joint Committee with effect from 14 November 2016.”

This decision seeks authority to complete a Deed of Variation to the Inter Authority Agreement to give effect to this resolution.
