For the sixth year running, Gloucestershire County Council has agreed to invest £50k in each of the six Gloucestershire districts in 2016-17 to support positive activities for young people, to be delivered by voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations. This report sets out how that funding will be allocated.

2.      To delegate to Strategy and Engagement Manager, in conjunction with myself, to award the remaining funds of £4,505 to projects working with young people in areas of demonstrable need.
