To note the decisions of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Joint Committee 14 July 2025 and in line with the agreed Terms of Reference report this back through each partner council through relevant Cabinet/Committee for the purposes of scrutiny

Under the Joint CIL Committee Terms of Reference the decisions of the Joint CIL Committee are to be reported to the respective Cabinet / Executive and for scrutiny purposes

RESOLVED THAT:

1.     the decisions of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Joint Committee made on 14 July 2025. (Appendix 5) are noted.

The Decisions of the CIL Joint Committee will be reported to:

-       Gloucester City Council – Cabinet 10 September 2025

-       Tewkesbury Borough Council – Executive 03 September 2025

In accordance with the CIL Joint Committee Terms of Reference.
