To appoint Grant Thornton to audit the 2024/25 housing pooling return.

Reasons for the decision:

The audit of the housing pooling return is mandatory and an auditor needs to be appointed. Quotes were obtained from two audit firms in line with the Council’s procurement regulations. Grant Thornton have audited previous returns on behalf of the Council and has the background knowledge of our stock and activities.
