To engage Pennington Choices Surveying and Consultancy to carry out some or all of the following activities:

1. Developer a property compliance strategy
2. Develop six compliance policies
3. Develop six compliance procedures/management plans
4. Develop six compliance process maps
5. Provide critical friend support for a six-month period.

Up to a maximum cost of £26,600 plus VAT

Reasons for the decision:

The provision of these services will ensure the council has up-to-date compliance policies and strategies, and will assist in the delivery of our consumer standards improvement programme.
