The charge relates to a health and safety loan
and grant awarded with conditions, to the occupier of the above
property on 6th April 2006 for improvement works. £5000.00 of
this was awarded in the form of a grant. Repayment for the loan was
received by this Council on 22/01/25 into Cost centre CAP223 C5000
and the above charge can be removed.
