To agree the response to Gloucestershire County Council’s consultation on the Local Development Guide.

To provide a response from Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council to the Local Development Guide, which provides information about the types of infrastructure that may be necessary to mitigate the impacts of development.

1.     Do not respond.  However, this would mean that the opportunity to influence the consultation would be missed.

2.    Respond on an individual authority basis.  However, this would diminish the ability of the authority to emphasise how the proposed changes would potentially impact the three councils.

Internal, including across the planning service.  Included consultation with the Cabinet member for Planning and Building Control.  Tewkesbury Borough Council and Gloucester City Council have also sought input across their organisations as they deemed appropriate.
