That Claire Hughes is appointed as Non-Executive Director of Ubico Limited for Cheltenham Borough Council.
Reasons for the decision:
In April 2018, the Leader appointed Paul Jones as the Council’s Non-Executive Director for Ubico Limited. The Articles of Association provided that no person may hold the position of Non-Executive Director for a period of more than 6 years. Therefore, the Council is required to make a new appointment.
Claire Hughes has agreed to take up this position, and Ubico have agreed to her appointment
