To enter into a funding agreement with Enovert
Community Trust to receive the sum of £9,000
Reasons for the decision:
The Hesters Way Forum has successfully applied
to Enovert Community Trust for a grant of £9,000 towards
playground improvement at Fiddlers Green (Elm Farm) open space. CBC
are delivering the project and therefore the funding agreement
needs to be with CBC.
The remaining project budget is derived from:
- CBC's own capital funds (£7K) which holds committed spend
for this
project from 2023-24
- Hesters Way Forum (£1,600)
- Hesters Way Forum secured CIL funding (£12K) as approved
through
the CIL Neighbourhood Panel. Total project budget
£29.6K
Enovert Community Trust provides grants to support community and
environmental projects in a number of locations across the UK. The
Trust provides funding to a broad range of projects that bring
environmental benefits and have as big an impact as possible on the
community. The Trust distributes funds which are derived from from
a tax placed on the landfilling of waste and has distributed more
than £25.2 million.

work to such a high standard or as much play value.
