To formally submit the Authority’s responses to the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill reforms to the technical consultation the Infrastructure Levy.

To provide the authority’s response to the consultation in order to potentially influence any proposed national reforms.

To not respond to the consultation.  However, it is considered that the authority would therefore miss the opportunity to potentially influence any proposed national reforms.

Comments from councillors and officers were taken into account when producing the final version.
