Reasons for the decision:
After individual evaluation of the in-tend tender documentation, by three members of the property team. It was jointly decided that Ardagh Management Ltd should be awarded the contract, based on value for money, previous experience of listed building refurbishments and relevant qualifications.
Alternative options considered:
Only two contractors submitted documentation through the in-tend portal and after evaluation it was decided that Apollo Commercial Interiors Ltd, did not provide value for money and appeared to lack experience of listed building refurbishments.
