For Cabinet to consider the consultation feedback and adopt the policy including any amendments as a result of the consultation.

RESOLVED THAT:

 

1.    consultation feedback be noted;  

 

2.    the proposed graffiti policy, ‘Statement of Policy regarding Unauthorised or Unwelcome Graffiti’, as at Appendix 3 of the report, be adopted, with immediate effect.
