Amend the COVID-19 Additional Relief Fund (CARF) Scheme
Reasons for the decision:
On 5 April 2022 Cabinet approved a COVID-19 Additional Relief Fund (CARF) scheme and authorised the Cabinet Member Finance and Assets to make changes to the scheme and determine the level of relief to be awarded.
The scheme is amended as follows
• Close the scheme for all applications on 9 September 2022
• Remove advertising rights from the list of businesses excluded from the COVID-19 Additional Relief Fund Scheme
• Set the relief level at 100% of the business rates payable for 2021/22 in respect of applications received by 26 August 2022
