To:

1. appoint Councillor Wendy Flynn as Cheltenham Borough Council’s representative for West Cheltenham Partnership;

2. appoint Councillor Angie Boyes and Councillor Steve Harvey as Cheltenham Borough Council’s representatives for Friends of Leckhampton Hill and Charlton Kings Common.

Reasons for the decision:

To maintain effective partnerships with organisations which are independent of the council but which have an impact on its service areas.

Alternative options considered:

None. According to the Council’s constitution, persons may be appointed by the Leader if there is a consensus amongst the Group Leaders.
