To authorise the Council’s seal to be affixed to a Deed of Variation of the s101 Local Government Act 1972 Agreement, dated 30th September 2020, to replace reference to Council Solicitor with Director of One Legal effective from 7th March 2022.

Reasons for the decision:

To implement the recommendations of Cadence Innova, consultants, relating to the senior staffing structure of One Legal.
