Agreement of the terms of the contract and the entrance fees of the Cheltenham Christmas Ice Rink in line with the Cabinet approval on 14th September 2021 with contractor 11th Hour Events Ltd.

To fulfil the recommendations of Cabinet decision and enable to contract for the provision of an ice rink and event management services at Imperial Gardens
