The Leader, by way of written resolution, has
approved the Publica Group (Support) Ltd Business Plan for
2021-22.
Reasons for the decision:
The business plan is a reserved matter which
requires approval by the shareholder councils. In 2020 the
shareholder councils approved the two year business plan covering
2020-22. After twelve months of implementation the Publica Board
has reviewed the business plan priorities and believe they remain
relevant and appropriate for the next year. This written resolution
therefore approves the business plan for 2021-22.
