Decision:
That Cheltenham Borough Council sign the Deed of Variation of Contract relating to the provision of emergency support services between Gloucestershire County Council and Cheltenham Borough Council.
Reasons for the decision:
The current 3 year SLA with Gloucestershire County Council Civil Protection Team expires on the 31/3/2020. Cheltenham Borough Council wishes to extend that agreement for a further 12 months to allow the provision of emergency planning support to continue .
